Barista/Sandwich Artist/Peer Mentor

Summary:

We are looking for a positive, fun and caring person to join our amazing team! This position is a Barista/Sandwich Artist/Employee Mentor all rolled into one. If you can hit the ground running with minimal training we would like to hear from you!

Must be able to work independently and also be willing and able to act as a mentor to employees with developmental disabilities. Responsible for preparing food and beverages in an organized and safe way for coffee shop guests. Adhere to all health department regulations and prepare food and beverage orders. Able to work quickly and keep a positive attitude under pressure. Must have some experience working independently as a barista or in the food service industry – experience must be listed on this application in order to be considered. Part time. 1-3 days per week. Must be available to work on Fridays and Saturdays and possibly Thursdays. Experience interacting with people with developmental disabilities desired.
