Julia serves as the Community Relationship Manager for People Driven Credit Union, where she is dedicated to empowering communities with financial resources to help individuals and families thrive. With an extensive background in financial services, Julia has held roles as a Branch Manager, Lending Specialist, and Senior Member Service Representative, each position deepening her commitment to promoting financial empowerment and inclusion. Her passion for accessibility is rooted in her personal experiences: she has been a caregiver for her mother, who experienced partial paralysis and aphasia following a stroke, and she is a proud mother to a daughter with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Julia graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rochester Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and holds certification as a Credit Union Financial Counselor. In addition to her professional expertise, she is a dedicated community volunteer, actively serving with the Four County Community Foundation on the ProActive Grants, Scholarship, and Hispanic Coalition committees. She also supports impactful organizations such as Breaking Barriers for Kids and Families, Blessings in a Backpack, Neway Works, and the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan.

Outside her professional and volunteer commitments, Julia enjoys walking, gardening, and spending quality time with her family. She is passionate about building a brighter future for the next generation, ensuring that everyone has access to the tools needed for financial security. Julia is thrilled to bring her dedication and expertise to the Board of Directors for MI Work Matters.
